Photography Tip: Raw vs. JPG

As does the writer of the following article, I too am asked what I shoot in, Raw of Jpg. I do both. Most likely I will work strictly with the RAW file from Adobe Bridge and exported to Adobe Camera Raw. This allows me to make adjustments to the file. The first thing I always do is set the lens profile correction to match the lens that I used for the photo. After that, there are many adjustments you can make to enhance your photo without losing any of the quality as you would if editing with the Jpg only.
