Gallery: Steampunk Series I

A series of Steampunk inspired photos from the Col. Ward Pump Station In Buffalo, New York.

In the early 1900s colossal five story high, 60-foot, steam pumps delivered water to the city of Buffalo. Only one city in the world had more water pumping power and capacity at the time, Paris, France.

Many of these photos have the history of the pump station in the description. The photos in this gallery have a very high detail level.
